Bringing your own soda aboard

I have searched the boards but am unable to locate any current info with re to bringing you own soda aboard. I Like to enjoy a diet coke in my cabin at night without having to leave the room. I'm just talking about bringing a six pack with me and what about bottled water?

We are sailing on Sea princess in sept.

Thanks,

Robin

We had no problem whatsoever (Pepsi people- hate coke). Ours was in a bag we checked at the pier (nothing else in it, just in case) and the only problem was waiting a day just to make sure they weren't too shaken up. If you don't mind carrying it on, there shouldn't even be that problem.

Like others have said, bring all the soda you're willing to carry onboard. My wife and I do this with every cruise (she drinks Diet Dr. Pepper and I prefer Pepsi). We almost always carry them through security ourselves, however it works just fine having them delivered to your cabin also.
