I think tiny cc is like tiny url -- they condense longer web addresses to make them easier to share.

I apologize to orange for jumping the gun without truly reading. I knew there was a "tiny" URL shortener known to host malware. My stupidity was for thinking I was smart enough to go by my memory. It was *******.com that was the known problem.

Tiny.cc is a reputable TINY URL site, which basically encrypts a longer URL into a tiny one.
