Pacruiser02 Posted August 6, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2010 Hi! I'm a serious planner! I would like to purchase a book with info in it about the specific ship I am going on or about the carnival cruise line in general. Are there planning books published about carnival cruises? I checked at my local book store and all I could find were info books about cruises in general, I couldnt find a book about the carnival cruise line specifically. DaytonCruiser Posted August 6, 2010 #2 Share Posted August 6, 2010 While you wont find a book, you are in the right place. Check out the review section http://www.cruisecritic.com/reviews/ and just read, read and read posts, you will get the most up to date info right on this site. You can also read over the FAQ section on the Carnival website. http://www.carnival.com/cms/faq/default.aspx?icid=CC_Footer_88 Carnival does have online brochures you can also read through. http://www.carnival.com/cms/fun/brochure.aspx
truchattycathy Posted August 6, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 6, 2010 I kind of make my own. I read all of the posts in cruise critics. I copy and print the ones that are interesting or that I might need later. I print a lot of reviews on the cruise I am going on and of the layout of the ship. I print out maps of the places I am going to. I print out info re: the excursions I am doing, etc. I print out all of the info that Carnival has on their site. I also make one of these for the other girls in my room. Good luck and let us know if you find one.
