Tortola Shore Excursion

Has anyone ever taken Disney's shore excursion at Tortola? We'll have a port day there in September. We'd like to go to Virgin Gorda to see the Baths. I'm wondering if we should take Disney's or arrange our own.

Thanks in advance!

The Baths are an easy do it yourself provided that you are docked for a good period of time. The walk from cruise pier to ferry pier in Tortola is about fifteen minutes. Once in Virgin Gorda, the Disney style open air taxis will be waiting for you for the short and inexpensive ride to the Baths. The ferry schedules can be found in the Caribbean section of this site (under ports of call) or with a google search.

Thank you for the information. We'll be there from 7:30am to 3:45pm, I just wonder if that will provide long enough time to do it ourselves. I worry that if we missed the ferry back or something, then the cruise ship is gone. I guess I need to do some homework now.
