Platinum member and priority check in

Than technically the answer is "no", but the priority line rarely moves much faster than the so-called regular line. It is likely to be a matter of minutes between you, at most.

I'm not sure about the technical answer to this, but I know that my husband and I were allowed to board with my parents when they were platinum and we were only gold. My mom asked when she was checking in if we could board at the same time, and they gave her a pass for us. Not sure what the current rules are, this was about 2 years ago.

If you are in the same cabin, no problem.

 

If you are family sailing together but not in the same cabin and different levels, also should not be a problem.

 

It would also depend on how long the lines are for check-in and the check-in personnel at the desks.

Whenever my mother sails with us, she is allowed to board with us even though she has her own cabin.
