June 5th Costa Magica Mediterranean

[Honeymoon on the Magica]

Is anyone else on the June 5th sailing of the Magica? We just booked our dream honeymoon (2 nights in Rome, followed by the cruise) and I couldn't be more excited.

 

I'd also be very curious to hear any general experiences for first timers regarding Costa or any of the ports we will be visiting-- Civitavecchia, Savona; Barcelona, Spain; Palma De Mallorca, Tunisia; Malta; Palermo.

We are also very excited about celebrating our 2 year anniversary on this cruise. I don't know much about the ports but I'm sure there will be a lot of options. Its our first time on a cruise.

Are you spending any time in Rome before or after the cruise? We are planning to do 2 days beforehand and I am looking for any suggestions to help make the most of our pre-cruise!

Not booked on the cruise but investigating. Came across a website where there are quite a few pictures and a daily report on all the ports visited. Someone has done a decent job on the ports and great pictures of Costa Magica. the site is www.sunquest.ca and info is featured under Mediterranean Cruise, maybe this will help.
