We are considering a post cruise stay in Ft. Lauderdale, as it seems there are NO ships leaving the day after we come in. Hopefully the airport would be less congested, and less of a nightmare if we fly home on Sunday instead of Saturday.

 

I know we have to be out of our stateroom by 8:00 AM. When do we have to be off the ship? Dont want to rush off as the hotel probably has an afternoon check in, and probably wont be ready for us at 10:00 AM.

Most likely, if all goes smoothly that morning, you will disembark before 9:45 or 10 am. If you let the hotel know that you will be arriving by about 10 am or shortly thereafter they might have a room ready for you.

I find it hard to believe that there are no ships docking in FFL on a Sunday. might want to look again.

You could still go to the hotel and leave your luggage with the concierge, then enjoy the day along the Riverwalk or beachfront, returning to checkin. later in the afternoon.

They will want you off the ship 9:30 or 10am.

 

If you hotel room isn't ready, you can probably check your bags there and go off.

On April 9th you will be in port with: Navigator of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, Celebrity Constellation and Carnival Freedom

 

On April 10th there will be: Ruby Princess, Celebrity Solstice and Allure of the Seas

Pia, We criuse out on the Crown on April 9, and we get back on April 16, and were hoping to stay overnight at Lago Mar again, and fly out on April 17. Where are you finding the schedule? Cruisitt isnt working for me.
