Southwest"bags to go" at port everglades

I have been trying to find out how this service works. I know Carnival offers a luggage transport service, however Southwest is not a participant in the program. I hear there is a "Bags to go" kiosk at the cruiseport, which offers transport of baggage as well as boarding passes. I have not been able to find out if this is something I can do as a "walkup", or if I need to arrange and prepay ahead of time. Has anyone used this service recently at the cruiseport? Any information you could share on this would be greatly appreciated.Particularly, where the kiosk is located, and if you were satisfied. I'd rather not lug my bags all over the cruiseport, and my flight leaves in the afternoon.
