I guess we will not have a party on our cruise.

We are leaving June 20th on the Infinity and see Alaska. There only 16 signed up for the party and it is getting close. So iguess we will have to have our own party. Oh well we will have fun anyway.

Don't feel too bad about no CC party, it seems like most of the people who sign up don't show up anyway. People get busy on the ship with all the activities going on and forget. You can always arrange to meet up with folks from your roll call on your own.

Hey - make your own party! We are on the 6 night cruise at the end of May, so our group doesn't qualify for a CC party - instead we have all planned our own - you can do it too!

 

Remember - everyone likes a party! Our group is meeting after the muster drill at the pool bar - you should put together something like that too. Just post it on the roll call board.

I'd second the idea of arranging your own meetup. I've been to three CC parties so far and only the second one (Infinity RT to AK out of Vancouver late last August) was really boffo ... good turnout, X sent a variety of crew members who HUNG AROUND AND MINGLED (cd, sh, even the hotel manager, couple others) and picked a nice venue (Michael's Club but it didn't smell like cigars ...). OTOH, you've got two months till your sail date, many more folks can sign up. Our party RSVP list for our recent Mercury cruise grew by about 20 in the last couple weeks (although only about 1/4 of the folks showed up). Have a great cruise whatever happens ... TR
