This has been discussed to death in the other thread with pax on the cruise and on deck 2 who witnessed parts of it chiming in. No pictures as some promised, but sorta getting to be old news. Carnival handled this pretty well all things considered.

states that Carnival arranged for transportation back to the States for these hooligans. Why? Why not arrange for transport to the nearest jail and let them sort out their own mess!
