Do I need a Reservation # to order a gift?

We have friends who are cruising soon..and we would like to order a couple of gifts for them.

 

I can probably get their cabin number, but I can't think of a inconspicuous way to ask for their reservation number? :)

 

Anyone ever been successful without it?

Check out the available gifts on the Royal Caribbean website. Then if you know which ship & departure date call (800) 722-5443 for Royal Caribbean and you should be able to order them a gift.

We have ordered gifts several times. We had ship name, sailing date, and name of people gift was for. No problems.

Another possibility: Did they use a travel agent? Can you get the TA's name? You could then either get the reservation number that way, or have the TA order the gift on your behalf.
