Renting a Jeep...

Hello -

 

Since we were in Cozumel last time - my husband has wanted to go back - rent a jeep to go off on our own. We have driven around Mexico (not Cozumel - but around Playa del Car, Cancun and to Chichen Itza on our own before) before....

 

DH loves off roading and exploring.

 

Suggestion on where to go ?

Places to see ?

Where to rent Jeep ?

We did this last week, rented a Jeep thru Avis. There's basically just one road around the island, so just take off driving south from town and drive all the way around. You can stop in and check out all the little beach clubs along the way, take a dip where you want, eat where you want. On the other side of the island are lots and lots of marked turtle nests anywhere the beach is sandy. It's a great little adventure for a day!
