Right in the middle of the Royal Promenade.

It's sort of next to Cafe Promenade. There might be a small store between them. It's across from the aft most part of Sorrento's and the stairs that lead up to the photo area.

My sister is interested in the Cupcake Decorating Class and someone on CC strongly suggested we book the class as soon as we get on the ship!

yes you will need to book in as soon as you get on board. Although I didnt do the class - I walked in when people had just finished the class and took some pics! the cupcakes for sale are sooooooo yummy!!!:)

I am definitely adding the specialty restaurants to my budget minus the wine! LOL I dislike eating at the windjammer, so thank you for the info about the MDR and the Park Cafe. Your review helped ease a lot of anxiousness that I had!
