lauren0309 Posted August 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2010 This will be my first time on Princess. I was wondering what type of shows and nightly entertainment they have. On Royal Caribbean they had the Love and Marriage show which was like the Newlywed game which I love to watch, Karaoke, Quest. Do they have similar nightly entertainment? Toto2Kansas Posted August 20, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 20, 2010 Very similar entertainment, but princess doesn't have anything like the 'quest' game that RCI offers.
califgary Posted August 20, 2010 #4 Share Posted August 20, 2010 Also comedians, magic acts and the (seemingly) obligatory tribute to Broadway montage...
akeasley Posted August 20, 2010 #5 Share Posted August 20, 2010 I've noticed that Princess seems to repeat the same shows over a few days so if you miss one performance, you can always watch it the next day. The last night of the cruise will be a staff show, where waiters, cooks, and other staff show off their talents. I've always enjoyed the shows but wish there was more variety during the cruise. WeBeGone Posted August 20, 2010 #6 Share Posted August 20, 2010 We've found the "big" shows with the singers and dancers to be enjoyable, but not overwhelmingly wonderful. We've never been impressed with the other shows-comedians, jugglers, solo singers, etc. Most of those we've stood in the back for 5 min then have always ended up leaving. Sometimes the best entertainment is in the piano bar.
