Serenade Forward Deck 7 Balcony

I'm trying to look at pictures of the Serenade by searching, but can't really tell - do the forward E1 cabins (for example 7526, 7528) have the lifeboat cover obstruction, or would we be able to see directly downward into the water? I have read threads referencing the other Radiance class ships that DON'T have the obstruction, but looking at pictures, they don't seem to all be alike - has anyone stayed in one of these cabins that can help me with my question?
