Actually the list of the optional tours isn't complete on the website. The main office told us that the tour to the Black Forrest will be offered but it's not on the list.

Cruiser - the 'tour' to the black forest is more like a 45 minute bus ride thru the black forest to a small wood working shop. They will serve you black forest cherry cake and coffee and you will have an 'opportunity' to but some of thier woodworking items. We did went on the 'tour' in June and it really would have been better had we just stayed in town and explored the town.
