Fridge in Staterooms???

I never thought to check...but does Carnival have mini-fridges in their staterooms?!?! I am used to Princess..they have them! I haven't seen any documentation for Carnival though! We are booked on the Valor!

 

I see we can bring soft drinks onboard (YAY - Coke Zero!)...but without a place to keep them cold, what's the point?!?!

Ahhh - found the answer to my own question!!

 

Yes - there are "cooler type things" in the staterooms (I hear they aren't terribly cold)!! Phew!

Some do, some don't. I don't think the Valor has fridges. You can always put your cokes in an ice bucket and your steward will keep it filled, or use ice and a glass. Better than no cokes at all.

That depends on the ship and cabin type. Our interior cabin on Ecstasy did not have a refrigerator. The cabin steward kept our 12x12x12 cooler full of ice. Worked great for us.

 

I've heard that the refrigerators don't keep things cold...just cool.

We had a balcony on the Valor and we had a fridge. We had our room steward remove the items to be purchased and we put our own stuff in. Keeps thing cool, not cold.
