Jewel of the Seas evening schedules ahead of time

We are sailing on Jewel in 3 weeks. I know there will be 2 formal nights- but can't find anything (online or otherwise) to know which 2 nights they will be. Was thinking about making reservations in one of the specialty restaurants- but don't want it to be on a formal evening! What about theme nights? Any way to find out what the theme is and when those are? This information must be somewhere?

On every 7 night cruise we've been on (we've been on a bunch), formal night has always been the 2nd evening and the 6th evening. For example, a 7 night Sunday to Sunday cruise would have the 1st formal night Monday evening and the 2nd formal night Friday evening.

 

Update: Just saw your cruise is a Saturday to Saturday cruise so the 1st formal night should be Sunday night and the 2nd formal night should be Thursday night.
