Navigator power failure

I'm a little late reporting this, but my parents are currently on Navigator and had an interesting story. My Dad was on a lower deck when everything went black about Thursday of last week (?2/10?). He could tell the ship motor went dead too. He made his way to the room and about then some of the lights came on. Only about 20 minutes later did full power came on.

Interestingly, my parents just happened to be invited to the Captain's table that night. So guess about what my first father first inquired?! Well, he said the Captain first tried to make some humor about it, and on further questioning, was fairly tight-lipped. So no explanation.

I should emphasize that it was not scarey at all. My mother was outside on an upper deck and was not aware of it at all.
