Compare Cockleshell Beach to Coki Beach

I love to snorkel. Hubby, not so much. However, we both enjoyed Coki Beach in St. Thomas last December. There, he was able to see hundreds of fish in knee-deep water, and I was able to swim out to deeper water and see different fish.

Someone wrote that Cockleshell Beach is good for snorkeling; I'm thinking this also means smoother water with fewer waves, which is wonderful (like Coki). However, is there any chance that someone who doesn't really snorkel will get to see fish, too?

If there is a comparison between the two beaches, please tell me what those comparisons are.

Thanks!
