Eco-hike in St. John?

Has anyone been on this shore excursion lately? I saw some positive reviews of it that were a couple of years old but was wondering if anyone had done it recently that was willing to share their experiences.

We're looking at a Princess shore excursion but it sounded like it had been offered on other lines, too.

We booked this tour on Princess before we sailed and got confirmation of the tour. But the night before the tour we go a letter in our mailbox saying the tour was cancelled because not enough people signed up. So we had to decide fast what else to do. This was a December cruise and there were a lot of really old people on board. We are no spring chickens, in our 60's but in good shape to handle this type of excursion. So maybe go with a back up plan. I agree it sounded like a great tour.
