Flowers on board?

This will be my first cruise on NCL. When I cruised on Royal Caribbean, they had a florist on board who you could get flowers from. I've not seen any mention of a florist on the Epic. I like to give single roses to my cabin attendant, waiter/waitress, and the bartenders at the bar I decide to call home during the cruise. So my question, are you allowed to bring fresh flowers with you when you board the Epic?

They sell single roses onboard. My son bought one outside the Garden Cafe. They are $6 each.

I got more out of the roses then i did from the cash, and yes, I gave both.
