Are the balconies covered?

I am booking my first Carnival cruise and since I have to know every single detail of every single thing I was wondering if the balconies on the Liberty are covered, half covered or not covered at all? Enquiring minds need to know:confused:

Thanks, Kris

by default, MOST of the balconies on the side of the ship are covered...

spa balcony cabins are not really covered above (they used to be 'family oceanview' cabins) on conquest class ships... aft balconies have varying degrees of coverage... aft wrap the same... but, for the most part, 'normal' balcony cabins on the side of the ship are covered, yes.

for a more accurate answer, post what category / cabin you have booked :)
