7 night East. Car. which night formal night?

My fiance and I will be on the Explorer of the Seas this September for our honeymoon. We will be doing the East. Car. route and were wondering which days the formal nights tend to be. I'm only asking because I'll be celebrating my birthday as well on the cruise and wanted to see if it lands on a formal night or not.

Typically, the two formal nights are the sea days. Usually Monday and Friday.
