soxfan1495 Posted September 12, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2010 We are considering a February Southern Caribbean cruise and both the Adventure of the Seas and the Caribbean Princess have an itinerary that we like and leave from San Juan when we would like to leave. Which do you think we should choose with children who are 13 and 10? We enjoyed Disney and RCCL on other cruises, so the Adventure would be a good choice. We are tempted to try Princess, however, because we have never sailed with that line before. Our children would not be enrolled in the children's program; we would like a ship with more (rather than less) kids their age. If RCCL is likely to have more kids, we will probably stay with them, but would be interested in comments from families that have tried both. cb at sea Posted September 12, 2010 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2010 RCI will most likely have more kids in their age group, depending on WHEN in Feb. you are cruising. If it's over President's Day, then RCI, definitely. Why wouldn't you let the kids enjoy the kid's club...they are both at the perfect age where they have the most fun! They're old enough to come and go on their own, and participate in the things that interest them! If you go on RCI, that's where the majority of kids will be!
