Wonder why I can't set up onboard account on website?

I booked cruise today and since it is only 20 days away, I was trying to get my fun pass. I have all the information entered, but when I try to set up my onboard account, it tells me that it can't complete that request right now. Anyone have any idea why?

Carnival's website isn't the most user friendly thing.

Thanks. I was able to do it last cruise. Guess I will try again tomorrow and if it still won't let me, I will have to call. Just would rather take care of it myself.

Funny. I had been trying to set up my onboard account all afternoon with no luck. Came on here and posted this then went back and tried again. It went through with no problems. I just printed my Boarding Pass! WooHoo!:D

On one cruise there were five of us traveling and all the charges were to go go my credit card. I could get all the accounts set up except one. My PVP finally called Carnival IT to get it done.:confused:

That happened to me also. I finally just checked the cash option and will change it when we check in.
