Anyone else having problems seeing cust reviews for hotwire when trying to book?

I am trying to book our pre-HAL-cruise hotel room and cannot seem to find or read the customer reviews on the hotwire site. They should be on the page after you click on a specific hotel deal (right next to the overview tab). Anyone else having this problem?

 

I've called hotwire like 4 times in the last 2 weeks and emailed them twice, but no reply.

 

(I posted this on another CC board, but do to low traffic did not get many responses so thought I'd try here)

Doesn't solve the hotwire problem, but you can always open another browser tab and check the hotel reviews on tripadvisor.com. (Note: tripadvisor bought CC some time ago)

I kinda was hoping to read them on hotwire to help me choose a specific hotel. Can anyone else read the reviews? Just wonderring if it is just my pc or something.

I thought they stopped posting the actual reviews because you could figure out the hotel? That's why they say "recommended in X% of hotwire customer reviews".

and this percentage was on the 1st browser page after entering search information-- so I didn;t even really look at the next click 2nd page-- but I agree I don't think I have noticed the actual written cust reviews for quite some time-- ask on betterbidding.com if you want definitive answer
