Anyone going on the Destiny on 12/11/10? We are going for a week on deck six inside room has anyone any info on the rooms. Previously sailed on the Spirit and love it.

Hi, We are going on the destiny on 02/10/2010 and have an inside cabin on deck 6. This will be our first cruise so will let you know all about the room when we get back.

I assume you are back now from your cruise. Hope you had a good time. Have you any info on the inside cabins? We go in 3 weeks time(12th Nov) inside cabin 6048 deck 6

We were on Destiny at the beginning of September, inside cabin deck 5. The cabin was smallish but perfectly adequate with sufficient storage space and the two single beds pushed together to form a double. The shower was tiny but did its job and the cabin steward kept everything spotless. Food, staff and entertainment was up to Thomsons usual high standards. Its the best Thomson ship for sunlounger space, even on the at sea day. The only slight irritation for me was the slowness of the drinks/waiter service both on deck and in the lounges. I found this to be the case on a previous Destiny cruise too.
