wentworth Posted February 16, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2005 Although my hubby and I are not new to cruising ( we cruise 3/6/05 on the Destiny) we have always booked a balcony cabin and either cruised alone or with friends. Next February, 2006, my two daughters suggested we do a family cruise. One daughter and son in law have two children ages will be 8 and 6. The other daughter and husband have a new baby who will be 16 months next year. My question is we will still book our balcony room, but the children and families will need to book a lower priced cabin. Any sugggestion on how far down in the ship they should book. They have decided to get inside cabins. I want to make sure they will be happy with the cabin they choose so need some imput from other young families which same situations. Thanks for your help. diconway Posted February 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Why not have them book inside cabins that are across from your balcony cabin? You can all meet and socialize in the balcony cabin and be nearby while kids are napping, etc..
