Fort Lauderdale Post Cruise

We did the airboat tour pre-flight and it was good, but I would be careful what time of year you are doing it. We did it in Jan. and it was freezing cold and rainy and the trip on the airboat was horrifyingly frigid...could not believe that Princess had not canceled this tour or least given us the option to cancel. Would love to do it again, but when it is nice and warm. Another time we did the shopping tour, but most of the stores weren't open that early, so it ended up being more of an extended bus trip...:(

A trip on the Jungle Queen or Carrie B is a nice way to see the intercoastal and some gorgeous homes. You could buy tickets on your own, but then there's the problem of luggage storage. I believe Princess offers an excursion like this, but like all the FLL excursions, it's dependent on passenger interest.
