Jemima Posted September 29, 2010 #26 Share Posted September 29, 2010 In the thread in question, I posted a response, quickly realized it was wrong and so deleted my response putting in any 3 characters as required. I'd written Lifeboats?. Immediately after posting I recalled that this was a Vista ship, checked deck plans and saw that my response wouldn't be right. My more usual use of ... is to snip a quote on this or other boards.

Lesinindy Posted September 29, 2010 #32 Share Posted September 29, 2010 I give up, please translate SHMBO and OBA for me. Shifting a bit I found an abbreviation with two meanings. TA - Meaning 1: Travel Agent, Meaning 2: TransAtlantic. I guess TP is TransPacific, etc. I modify it a little = Some how must be obeyed and Old battle ax :-)
