bravostar Posted September 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Yippee, Just noticed senior rates were posted for our upcoming Allure cruise. Called RCCL and received discount immediately.
joand452 Posted October 7, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 7, 2010 How did you find this out? I keep doing "fake" bookings on-line for our already booked 3/20 and 3/27 cruises, but the price has gone up some. Was it a certain cabin category? We're in a junior suite. We've been lucky enough to get the senior discounts on our last two RCI cruises (we weren't seniors in 2005); hoping to get lucky again. Thanks! Joan, Yes I also did a pretend booking and checked the box 55 & over and also put in my state. I then looked at both suite and balcony availability. No suites had a senior rate but several balcony categories had senior discounts including ocean views, boardwalk views and central park views. Keep checking your dates. You never know.
