Carnival Freedom 6 Night Cruise

Hey everybody:), If you have sailed this itinerary on the Freedom and could not tender at Grand Cayman does it become a sea day or will the Captain go to another port?

I think it depends. It's usually a sea day.

We have done 3 cruises that included Grand Cayman, but have only been able to get there once. And we don't cruise in hurricane season. It became a sea day the other 2 times.

Another sea day is fine with me. My Partner and I will celebrating our birthday's on the cruise. You can't get a better party atmosphere at sea than on a Carnival ship.

We were in Grand Cayman this past week with very rough seas. We tendered from the far side of the island and got transport into Georgetown.

 

I would have preferred to get another sea day or another port because of the seas as Grand Cayman is usually a port where people are doing ocean type excursions. ALL ocean excursions through the ship and private were cancelled due to the weather :(
