seafood and steak house on pac dawn

Yes, on The Pacific Dawn there is a $30pp charge to eat in the steakhouse.

 

The meal we had there was beautiful.......It's definately worth doing. IMO

I was on the Dawn in July and the Steakhouse is no longer there unfortunately, as they have put the Salt Grill in, which is also $30 a head and definitely worth every penny :D

We went to the steak/seafood restaurant 3 times on PD and loved it every time. We have just returned form PJ and went to the Salt Grill and to be honest, we were disappointed. We both had Tempura Prawns for entree which were beautiful BUT there was only 2 of them:eek:. I can't even remember what I had for main but it wasn't anyrhing to write home about. Also, apart from the $30 there are pther surcharges for certain items. If you want oysters, it's $4 per oyster extra. Lobster tale is $18 extra. Complete rip off if you ask me.

Just back from PD and ate at the Salt Grill one night. No big deal as far as I was concerned, I wouldn't ever waste my $30pp again especially considering if you wanted anything a little different you had to pay another surcharge.

 

Did anyone notice the $180 surcharge for the caviar :eek:
