Days Inn Miami Airport North??

I'm looking at park & cruise hotels near the POM and this one had a really good rate. Has anyone stayed here and was it passable? It doesn't have to be a luxury place! I'd just rather pay $87 for an overnight AND parking instead of just $140 for parking! My only requirement is that it is in a safe area (for leaving car for 7 days!) and relatively decent accommodations.

 

I'm still looking for other options so let me know if you have another suggestion! Thank you in advance!
