luggage storage post cruise before airport

I used the search feature, but maybe I'm not wording it correctly as I'm not finding the right information.

 

Ship docks on a Sunday at 7:00a but probably won't get off the ship until after 9:00a. Flight departs SJU at 3:55p. Will have time to explore Old San Juan town for a few hours and have lunch.

 

Where can we store our luggage?

I am not sure what cruise line you will be on but with Carnival we are going to pay to have our bags taken directly to airport..I think it's like $20 pp

We're on Carnival too, but I read that that luggage service is no longer available. Where did you get that info?

I emailed Carnival and they replied that they have the Valet service for $20 per person.

thats good to know Brandy. When I was on my cruise 2 weeks ago in Mexico they didnt offer that service to us but in Oct for the Caribbean they did.

Go to Barrachina's, they will hold your luggage for free. When you are done touring Old San Juan, you can have lunch and a drink there.

Also you can check into doing a Segway tour. They are located next to the Ferry building in Old San Juan. They will hold your bags while you are doing the tour.

Also right next to the Segway is a GPS store. They will hold your bags for a small fee.
