See your query is languishing...There are some reviews on the web if you google it. Appears that most of the reviewers were on land based vacays from Cancun. It's owned by the same folks as Xcaret, which is a nice theme park. Xplor is nearby. The one problem with doing Xcaret from Cozumel is the limited time you have to enjoy all the features. That time may be more limited on a ship excursion just due to ship scheduling, but the good news is the ship won't leave you. Xplor looks interesting but you're limited to the number of times you can do each section and reviewers do comment on how tiring it is, so if you're not active, it may not be the best place for you. Check out the reviews and the Utbe video before deciding.
