Treetops and water

Has anyone done this tour Veragua Rain Forrest and water tour. I'm looking at the Carnival cruise excursions,very $$$. I would rather take my time looking in a gondola than zipping thru the treetops. I would aso like to take a water tour of the canals. I have been looking at the independant tours but I haven't found one to do both stops. So many choices, not enough time. Mic.

My wife son and I will be in Costa Rica and we booked through Okey Dokey Tours a combination of tours that will include the canals and the rainforest. It will be a little spendy at $120 per person, but it is also 7 or so hours, will post a review when we get back in late November.
