What's the difference between an ocean view stateroom and an ocean view stateroom with obstructed view?. The OCV with obstructed view shows to be priced higher.

The oceanview with obstruction could be anything from a window washing machine to a lifeboat blocking your view or occasionally infrastructure. That's fairly standard from one major cruise line to another. The degree of obstruction may occur on a higher deck or in a more advantageous area of the ship thus the higher price for the cabin.
