Renting snorkeling gear in Cabo San Lucas & Huatulco

We are interested in snorkeling at Lover’s Beach, Cabo San Lucas and Huatulco next month. Can we rent masks, fins and life vests near the docks of these two ports? Do some of the glass bottom boats at Cabo San Lucas rent gear? We prefer to rent gear rather than bringing our own to save precious luggage space. My wife doesn’t swim but is interested if she can wear a life vest. so we’d want to rent that too. Thanks for any information.

Yes they do rent masks,snorkels & fins In Cabo. Not sure about a vest or the cost because I've never done it, but other people that were on our boat did. They had to leave a drivers liscence for the deposit. The better snorkeling is about 100 yards north of "Lovers Beach" It's called "Pelican Beach". There is much more to see there. The only problem with both beaches for snorkeling is that there is a lot of boat traffic in the water. B.T.W. If you guys live in So. Cal. are'nt you driving to LA or SD? I would bring my own gear, you don't know how well that stuff is sanitized if at all.
