Question. On this route on the way to Grand Cay does the ship sail south around Cuba then on the way home North of Cuba? Can you see it in the distance?

We did when we sailed that route.

We did this itinerary 9/26/10.

 

I think we sailed on the north side of Cuba on the way to Grand Cayman (where BTW we were not able to tender due to rough weather. We had a lovely sea day instead).

 

We could see Cuba for a long time from the port side of the ship. I can't even guess how far off shore we were but we could see the island well. We were in the Persian Gardens that day a had a great view out of the windows.
