Club 21 cruise invitation - anyone ever accepted?

I received an invitation from HAL to take a Club 21 cruise. A list of amenities was provided and there are supposedly special rates. Has anyone ever accepted this invitation and how did it differ from any other cruise? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It's an invite from the casino marketing team -- with the offer of special rates for the cruise plus $300 cash to spend in casino, free drinks while playing, special cocktail parties, etc.
