ozark74 Posted October 24, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2010 It depends what dock you are going to. To OSJ dock it is $19.00 plus a $1.00 per bag. The rate for the PanAm dock it is $15.00 plus a $1.00 per bag. Always ask for the price before you get into the cab though the rates are fixed. From the airport it is about 20 to25 minutes to the PanAM dock, OSJ is about 10 minutes more.
Atwell Posted October 25, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 25, 2010 Does anyone know how much it cost to get a taxi from the airport to the cruise terminal? How long of a drive is this also? Thanks:p When you get the taxi at the airport (at the taxi line) a Department of Tourism representative will write a ticket with the correct fare with a copy for you to give the driver and will see that you get a taxi of the proper size for your number of passengers and luggage. The link below will give you some good info on the fares to expect. I see that the PanAm pier is in the same fare zone as Old San Juan so I am not sure why the fare would be any different although it actually is a little closer to the airport. In any case, the taxi rep will determine the correct fare. http://www.gotopuertorico.com/images/interior/mapa-taxi-rates.jpg
