Which carnival excursion is better?

This will probably get moved to ports of call, where it belongs, but until it does, I have not done both, Just Goff's Caye, and it was a magical island, but to snorkel my hubby says he actually saw more in Cozumel than on the reef, probably because it was sooooo choppy the day we were out there, and I am not a fast swimmer, maybe all the fish had been firightened away by the time we got there, but I still saw a lot of fish. This island is truly a tiny paradise. And if i could I would go back in a flash.
