Port Everglades to Miami hotel?

We are doing a B2B and will get off the RCL Oasis in Ft. Lauderdale, then stay a night in Miami, then get on the Carnival Valor(using the hotel shuttle) in Miami.

The only loose end is getting from the Oasis to our hotel in Miami. We tried SAS but they have a 6 person minimum. We checked SuperShuttle, but it doesn't appear (from their website) they are active at the cruiseport.

 

Any suggestions, other than a taxi/limo?? Thanks for any ideas.
