The ship docks in Cozumel and Roatan, so you shouldn't have a problem. We tendered to Grand Cayman, and you have to go down a flight of stairs to the tender. I didn't see any way that would be wheelchair accessible.

 

My girlfriend and I just got back from the feb 19th sailing. There were some passengers in wheelchairs or motorized chairs, and the staff was more than eager to accomodate.

Every floor and public space seemed to be wheelchair accessible, either by ramp or elevator, except the top sun deck and the solarium.
