Jade aft mini-suite on Deck 11

Hello, our first NCL sailing coming up in June for a Med cruise and we are looking at an aft mini-suite on deck 11. A few questions, please!

1. There is a open air deck above on 12. Is there privacy on the balcony, or can guests on deck 12 (or higher) look down into the balcony?

2. Is it noisy? People walking, running, dragging chairs, etc. or just during certain times of day/night? Vibration, or propeller noise?

3. Is there a fresh breeze felt aft? Of course, with the side facing cabins, but not sure what to expect with the aft ones? With a Med cruise in June, it could be hot. Is there cover/shade on the balcony?

4. Any soot problems from the funnels?

Thank you in advance! We are excited about this "freestyle" concept and giving it a try.

I will let folks who've actually stayed in the aft on Deck 11 of the Jade respond to your specific questions about noise from above, but here's a pic for you, so you can see that the balconies on Deck 11 in the aft are covered (those on Deck 10 have a little "exposure" just at the rail). You should not have any problem with vibration or prop noise; we had none on Deck 10, nor did we have any problem with soot, etc.

Have a great trip!
