Shaw Beach Park in Ocho Rios

Does anyone know anything about Shaw Beach Park? I can't find out a thing about it and there has to be someone who can HELP, please.

I don't know anything about it BUT if you post this question on the Jamaica boards in the ports of call section - you may get a lot more answers there...

My DH and I went on the Shaw Park Beach Excursion last Oct on the Mariner. There were only about a dozen of us that were on the excursion and it Ok, but not the nicest beach I have ever been too. Very small area and at one end it was where the river dumped into the ocean. They had a couple of beach games and they gave prizes for the winner. Also sold t-shirts and had a place where you could have your hair braided if you like. You could also buy lunch. Next time we will just go to the beach at Margaritaville, I think it is much nicer. If you have any more questions I will be happy to answer them.
