In addition to the Ariel view (pool deck screen), there is also the Buena Vista Threatre on Deck 5. This is where most of the "first run" movies are shown.

Up on the pool deck, they show more of the family Disney movies and cartoons, and usually a Pirates of the Carribean on pirate night.

I see , by '' first run movies '' do you mean movies in general or are they also '' Disney '' movies ? In other words do they show anything other than Disney movies ?

Disney owns four movie companies under the umbrella company The Walt Disney Pictures Group:

Walt Disney Pictures that includes Walt Disney Animation Studios, Toon Disney and Pixar features the G rated movies that people associate with the Disney name.

Touchstone Pictures is generally the PG films. Miramax is generally the PG-13 level films. You may see these aboard the ship depending on the subject matter.

Hollywood Pictures is the R movies. Don't expect to see these aboard.

Yes, Disney only shows films from their many studios but as you can see, these are many and varied. No, you won't see Harry Potter 9 or whatever they're up to premiered aboard.
