Destiny Cabins extended aft

Anyone had one of the extended aft balconies on Destiny deck 6 ?

Didn't have a aft extended balcony, but had a aft wrap on deck 6. It was AWESOME.

Sounds good but just concerned that the cabins and balconies will be noisy with the engine noise?

We just had an aft extended balcony on Glory on deck 6. We heard some noise but not bad.

I had a deck 7 aft, and didn't hear engine noise, but I would be worried about the lounge down on deck 5 as far as noise

You wont get noise from the lounges below as they sit over the seating area away from the stage area.

 

Engine noises? no- you are pretty far up from the engine to get its noise. BUT you may experience shuttering or vibrations when entering and leaving port.

 

You will be able to tell when you dock back at the home port after being back there all week-- it gets really quiet and still.
